What is The Yoga Workout?
1. The practice of Yoga, with strengthening exercises.
Example: Yoga poses, with pushups, squats, weights; with yoga awareness.
2. Any workout performed, with the practice of Yoga.
Example: Walking or running & including yoga poses, and or yoga awareness.
The Practice of Yoga Includes:
continuous breath awareness, gratitude, spatial awareness
ananda: "pure joy, bliss, and contentment that transcends ordinary happiness"
ishvara pranidhana: "surrender to the divine", "devotion to God"
sakshi bhava: "state of witnessing", the ability to observe one's thoughts, emotions, and experiences without attachment or judgment
samadhi: "union with the divine"
